- Cost of final cleaning 35 euro, sole 25 euro (not for B&B)
- Use of washing machine, 5 euro per wash
- Rental of TV with dvd-player 17,50 per week
- Extra babybed + chair 15,00 per week

- Heating costs 5,00 euro per night (per appartement)
- Advance payment of 30% within two weeks after reservation
- Remaining payment latest 8 weeks before arrival
- After annulment no restitution of the advance payment
- Time of arrival in the afternoon after 16.00 hour
- Time of leaving in the morning before 10.00 hour
